The YSS factory was first established in 1983 and since then has undergone many changes including relocation to new modern premises with leading edge technology that ensures they can meet the increasing motorcycling market demand for its quality products. 

The company uses only quality materials and the latest wizardry in suspension technology to manufacture the world class Y.S.S. gas shock absorbers, maintaining quality control throughout the planning phase, research stage and manufacturing process. YSS now produce a range of suspension products for the world market that adhere to quality Australian testing, German TÜV and Japanese Standards for your ultimate piece of mind. 

In a testimony to the quality of YSS shocks they have had successful involvement in a number of professional teams which have been victorious in Australian, Thailand and Japanese Championships as well as other national racing programs. 

All Y.S.S. shocks are easy to fit and come with different features, like adjustable compression, remote reservoirs, teflon coated sinter bushes or the revolutionary bladder rebound technology. 

The Y.S.S. gas shocks also use high pressure nitrogen gas for superior ride and comfort. Ride height adjusters, hydraulic spring tension preloaders and hard chromed shafts are other features throughout the vast Y.S.S. shock absorber range. 

YSS shocks have been specifically developed for Australian conditions with constant input from their leading suspension technician located in South Australia.
