Sprockets - Vortex

All Vortex Sprockets are made from 7075 T6 Aluminium, the best grade material for light weight and durability. Its unique manufacturing process creates a perfectly concentric sprocket every time.

Vortex has perfected a tooth design that produces less drag and reduces friction.

Vortex CAT5 Series Sprockets are unlike any other. We utilise the same proven Vortex design with colour anodising that excludes its sweeps, mud grooves and teeth.

The result is a flash of colour Black, Blue & Red with silver highlights.

Vortex F5 PTFE Black Hardcoat is built for endurance.

After hard anodizing with a jet black dye, Vortex then coats the sprocket with PTFE (Polyterafluoroethylene, or commonly known as Teflon™) for added lubricity. The result is an ultra tough, ultra light sprocket that stays cleaner and lasts longer.
