    Vee Rubber

Vee Rubber are a proven manufacturer, producing a wide variety of quality tyres and tubes for motorcycles and scooters.
    • History

Vee Rubber was first established in 1977 by Vitorn Sukanjanapong with a focus on manufacturing motorcycle tyres and tubes. Being based in one of the largest natural rubber producing areas, selecting premium raw materials and applying manufacturing technologies and processes resulted in tyres and tubes that were of exceptional quality, which saw huge growth and a huge demand for Vee Rubber tyres worldwide.

Now with more than 40 years of experience and consistent growth over the last few decades, Vee Rubber has a commitment to constant development and evolution, and continues to progress its manufacturing efficiency and quality. Only selected raw materials that meet or exceed Vee Rubber’s extensive specifications are chosen to ensure a consistent production standard. ISO 9000 is applied to all stages of the manufacturing process. Compound ingredients, tyre design, tread performance, as well as quality assurance are all closely supervised by a team of engineers, with both overseas and local experience who also utilise modern computer controlled equipment. And it is these standards that has seen demand from several Japanese motorcycle manufacturers to supply tyres and tubes as OEM items.

With a commitment to quality assurance and on-going research and development, you can rely on Vee Rubber for quality tyres and tubes at very competitive prices right here in Australia.

      General Technical Info

      When fitting new tyres:

      • Correct fitting and balancing by a trained technician is essential.
      • Check for wheel alignment.
      • New tyres require a ‘Run In’ procedure to enable the tread surface to provide correct performance.
      • When fitting tubes, use Talcum powder to prevent tube sticking.
      • Regularly check tyre inflation pressure.

      Tyre Identification

The Tyre Identification System gives information on:

      • Tyre Width (Inch or mm)
      • Aspect Ratio - Height / Width X 100
      • Rim Diameter
      • Maximum Speed Rating (Alpha)
      • Tyre Load Index (Numeric)

      Example: 120 / 90 – 18 70H
      Tyre Width = 120 mm
      Aspect Ratio = 90%
      Rim Diameter = 18 inch
      Load Index = 70 (355 kg)
      Speed Rating = H (210 Km/h)
