CC Spoke Sets

All spoke sets are made of stainless steel and pre-stretched to 1000 Nm for maximum strength. The nipples are made of nickel plated steel and are included in the spoke sets.

CC Spoke nipples

All spoke nipples are made of nickel plated steel. We do also have brass and aluminium nipples. The size of the spoke nipples used in the spoke sets are mentioned in the application list. Depending on what kind of spoke nipples used in the rim it may be necessary to change the nipples to another size and especially if you have used aluminium nipples before. To be sure that you will get the correct spoke nipples you have to measure the nipples or the nipple hole in the rim and check the application list.

Air Filter Skin

Filter Skin Instructions:

1. Oil your air filter thoroughly.
2. Mount the air filter on the filter cage. Take a paper on the outside of the filter and let the paper soak in excessive oil.
3. Put a DRY filterskin over the air filter.
4. Mount the air filter in to the air box and put the bolt through the filterskin and tighten the air filter.

Tests:

During optimal circumstances you can ride for several ours without changing your air filter.
During tests for 30 minutes on a sand track showed that the air filter looked like you had been riding for 3 minutes!
This is of course no guarantee, so try and test for yourself and see how your filter looks like.

For best result:

Wait as long as you can before you put on the filter skin. The idea with the filterskin is that it should be as dry as possible so the dirt “bounces” off.
If the filterskin becomes wet of filter oil, the dirt will stick to it as a normal filter.
