FORK OIL SEALS

ARIETE has worked hard to produce a special rubber compound, XNBR, for the fork oil seals which tolerates the chemical additives used in fork oil. We offer 140 ARI dimensions, which fit more than 35.000 motorcycle models, covering the period from the 1960s until the present day. Each kit comprises 2 oil seals, and comes complete with a sachet of special ARISIL grease. This has been specially developed for lubricating reciprocating metal-rubber contact areas, reducing friction at the point of contact, and increasing the life expectation of the components involved.

FORK SEAL DRIVERS

The split fork seal driver is a tool used for changing the fork seals on conventional and upside down forks. Manufactured from plated carbon steel, featuring split design and weighted body. Weight range from 800 to 1000 grams.

TYRE CLAMPS

Moulded with new technology in three different materials: Reinforced technopolymer, rubber, & steel. ARIETE tyre clamps are available in 3 different measures.

TUBELESS VALVE STEMS

It is fixed to the rim with a lock nut, therefore it cannot bend nor be expelled from the rim.
It doesn’t need to be replaced every time the tyre is changed.
The angled quill reduces the effect of centrifugal force, which tends to fling the valve core outwards in a conventional valve, leading to loss of pressure in the tyre. In addition, it has practical advantages in the assembly phase.
It completely solves the problem of access for inflation, so typical of motorbikes and scooters.
The valve is made up of a single machined component, so there is no risk of quill breaking.

FUEL HOSE

Ariete fuel hose, its main features:

Inner tube stands up to unleaded fuels;
Outer purple tube protects from high temperatures, mechanical stress, and atmospheric agents;
Shrink-proof;
Resists embrittlement, remains flexible;
Durable;
Translucent, so dirty fuel is visible through pipe. The economic versions are available in the colours green, transparent and black.
